CHARLESTON, S.C., November 27, 2017 – CresCom Bank, a leading community bank in North and South Carolina, has promoted Richard Thomas to customer care center supervisor at the Whiteville, N.C. branch.

Richard joined the bank in June 2015 as a customer service representative and quickly took on the role of field instructor in the training department. Prior to joining CresCom Bank, Thomas worked at the First Community Bank and at BB&T.
