Carolina Financial Corporation to Announce Q3 2016 Financial Results and Host Conference Call

Charleston, S.C., October 4, 2016 – Carolina Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: CARO) (“Carolina Financial”) will announce third quarter 2016 financial results in a news release after the market close on October 19, 2016 followed by a conference call on October 20, 2016 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time where management will review earnings and performance trends.
