Retail Mortgage – Operations Manager

CresCom Bank seeks an Operations Manager to lead and develop our retail mortgage operations team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining a consistent flow of efficiency, professionalism and mitigated risk between the bank and its borrowers; administrative support for the retail mortgage department including the oversight and management of processing, underwriting, closing, post-closing, business management, vendor relations, quality control, training and customer relations. This position assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
