Making a Difference Outside the Walls of our Bank
At CresCom Bank, we not only make it our priority to serve our customers in the best way possible, but also our community.
Since 1997, CresCom Bank has been involved with Trident United Way. For more than 15 years, we continue to be a leading contributor to Trident United Way and participate in its annual Day of Caring.
In addition to participating in the annual campaign and Day of Caring, CresCom Bank’s employees continue to find additional ways to support Trident United Way.
They include serving as:
• Trident United Way board members
• Community Investment Review Team members (the fundraising arm of the organization)
• Community Impact Council members (the team responsible for determining and administering the vision of Trident United Way in the areas of education, health and financial stability)
• Loaded Executives (an employee “loaned” to the organization who visits area businesses to support fundraising)
Currently, our CEO David L. Morrow is serving as a campaign cabinet member and his primary responsibility is overseeing the organization’s annual fundraising campaign.
Also, Richard Pierce, CresCom Bank’s VP/West Ashley branch manager, is currently serving Trident United Way in a variety of capacities. His work includes sitting on the organization’s board of directors, and he is a member of the Community Investment Review Team and Young Philanthropists Society, an affinity group of Trident United Way.
We’d like to thank everyone that devotes his or her time to Trident United Way throughout the year. Volunteerism is an important part of the CresCom Bank culture and we value the contributions each of you makes to our Lowcountry communities. For more ways to help your community, please see your manager and keep up the good work!
