Positive Pay

Safeguard your business checking account by utilizing our exclusive Positive Pay service.  Positive Pay verifies that checks presented for clearing are items that you have authorized.  Gain control of your account and prevent fraud by creating an electronic file detailing checks you have issued and transmitting it securely to the bank.  The issued items file will be matched to items presented for payment.  If the file information does not match the check presented for payment, an exception report is generated for your review.  You have the ability to pay or reject items on the exception report until 11 AM daily.   Detect check fraud BEFORE it happens.  Ask about our Positive Pay service today.
